HPD OFFERS TWO SMALL COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDINGS FOR SALE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC
      Published Mon, 10 Jun 2013 16:15:00 EDT
The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) announced today that beginning on June 10, 2013 it will be offering two small commercial office buildings for sale through the agency’s Asset Sales Program, in as-is condition. Located at 151 East Tremont Avenue in the Bronx and 27 Hooper Street in Brooklyn, the two properties are being offered to the general public through a Request for Offers (RFO), and will be sold to the highest responsible applicants, subject to the City’s land use approval procedures. Due to their size and zoning restrictions at 27 Hooper Street, these office buildings are not suitable for residential use or redevelopment as affordable housing.
